These two love to hike and explore and Max Patch Mountain was one of the few places here in the Asheville area that they had not been to yet. And I have to say, these fall engagement photos at Max Patch are some of my favorites. The scenic drive up to Max Patch was unbelievable, we timed this photo session just perfectly to capture the breathtaking beauty of fall. The fall colors and the way the light was shining through the landscape made me stop several times along the way to take some extra shots! …And the sunset!! The pictures certainly say it all.
These two met through a mutual friend at a concert and later Daniel ended up proposing to Sara at one of their concerts too! It was an honor to photograph these two and be a part of their first visit to Max Patch! It really is a sight to see and is one of my top adventure engagement session locations. It is a bit of a drive, but totally worth it!
